Mosquito PEST CONTROL
These are one-day 4-hour Pesticide Training Classes.
Training required for the NJDEP EXAM. Qualifies as Training in Lieu of 40 hrs. of OJT. In addition, you must also take a Basic Pesticide Training Class to be fully licensed as an Applicator.
All commercial pesticide applicators and businesses who apply pesticides to control mosquitos and/or flies, especially on aggregate areas of 3 acres or less. must be certified in either Mosquito or Campground Pest Control.

Mike Reed brings more than 30 years of pest control industry experience and many years of teaching experience to NJPestTraining.com.
Known for his unique teaching style, Mike combines lighthearted humor, real-world stories, and practical examples to keep students interested and engaged. His hands-on industry experience helps bring technical material to life and makes even the more monotonous topics easier to understand.
Mike’s philosophy is simple: pesticide training should be informative—but it doesn’t have to be boring.

Our Online Classes are Considered In-Person by the NJDEP. Earn 100% of Offered Credits by attending.
Requirements for ONLINE Classes
- Government issued photo ID is required and will be verified prior to and immediately after the class.
- Attendees must be visible throughout the entire session (with live video on) and must stay to the end.
- Quizzes will be randomly scheduled, & attendance will be visually monitored by a moderator.
- In order to be marked "Present" for this class, every Attendee
MUST log-in to the online Class from their own device (PC, or MAC) and use their
own unique email address. Absolutely No Sharing of devices or log-in.
- Call-ins (audio only) are not allowed; you need a computer with *live* video capability.

IIMPORTANT NOTICES
1. Duplicate Course Credits
In most jurisdictions, pesticide applicators may not receive credit for taking the same exact course more than once during a single recertification cycle.
Because the course content remains consistent, repeat attendance may not be considered new training, and additional credits may not be granted. However,
anyone who attended our Mosquito Class prior to September 2026 may retake the class and receive credit.
The course was updated beginning in September 2026 with
new content and approvals, and is therefore considered
a different course for recertification purposes.
2. Attendance, Identification & Equipment Requirements
All attendees are required to submit
(1) a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID and (2) a current selfie
at the start of class for identity verification. Attendees seeking
recertification credits
must also submit a photo of their
current state-issued pesticide applicator license for each state in which they are requesting credits.
Attendees must also remain on camera for the entire webinar and are responsible for having properly functioning equipment and a reliable internet connection.
Late arrivals will not receive credit and are not eligible for a refund.
